Susan attributes her more than two decades of achievements in Executive Management in the business and non-profit sectors to her capacity to successfully build solid and effective working relationships, her unique and visionary approach to leadership and building effective teams, and skill in moving organizations forward through a collaborative approach. Horses have been a significant part of Susan's life, providing her with many leadership lessons and insights.
