CAMP registration information
HorseDream Canada offers two kinds of sessions for young women:
- Public Camps: Open to individual registrants from various communities or regions in Canada.
- Community Camps: Group camp sessions where communities can provide this one of a kind experience to 8 to 16 of their young women ages 12 to 17. Please note that camps are not co-ed. Your groups must be exclusively young women or young men.

HorseDream Canada Leadership Camp is designed to be an intimate experience with a low ratio of campers to counselors and staff (1:4). Includes all meals and accommodation, daily riding lessons, all activities, and helmet rental
Late Registration Fee: All registrations received after ______ will be subject to a late registration charge of $85.00 plus HST
Registration Instructions
Public Camps (individual registrations): Call 705-928-5653 to pre-reserve your spot and discuss your payment schedule.
Community Camps: Call 705-928-5653 to reserve your community session and number of participants to be registered (minimum of 8). Registrant forms can be mailed in individually or as a group package. Registration forms must be completed and received to guarantee each individual’s full participation in the camp.

Payment Instructions
Payments can be made in the form of cheque or credit card. To reserve your spot, 50% of the registration fee must be received upon receipt of the registration form. The additional 50% of your fee must be processed a minimum of two weeks prior to your camp session.
Cancellation Policy
Individual Cancellations: Should you need to cancel your registration after your payment has been processed, cancellation notice must be received two weeks prior to the event. Receipt of a cancellation notice in writing by email to [email protected] by this date will result in a refund of fees paid, minus a $100.00 administration charge. No refunds will be made for cancellations less than two weeks before the event.
Community Camp Cancellations: Should you need to cancel your community session after your payment has been processed, cancellation notice must be received 30 days prior to the event. Receipt of a cancellation notice in writing by email to [email protected] by this date will result in a refund of fees paid, minus a $100.00 administration charge per participant registered. No refunds will be made for cancellations less than 30 days before the event.
