HorseDream World Tour - Netherlands, Belgium and France 2017 delivers value through 4 primary avenues:

1) Experiential Equine Assisted Learning Sessions provide personal and professional development, alongside
    your fellow travellers, sharing experiences and insights that enhance the whole learning experience.

2) Time spent on the tour is highly interactive and includes a high component of one-on-one guided reflection
    and group sharing.

3) Sessions are provided by a Belgian Physician and Psychotherapist, Dr. Annemieken Van Reepingen, and
    HorseDream Canada Founder Susan Wilson. Both are experts in equine assisted education, leadership and
    cultural training, as well as HorseDream Licensed Partners

4) The tour is based in the picturesque regions of the Netherlands, Belgium and France, to help gain new
    perspectives through culturally immersive educational travel, including significant time spent with horses and
    within natural environments.

Refining Communication and Leadership Skills

Leadership starts from within: your personal development leads to your professional development.
This seminar is relevant to anyone that is in charge of leading and building teams across all industries.
Working with the horses, you will focus on who you are as a leader. You will come to understand the important elements of leadership: clarity of purpose, awareness, belief, confidence, and charisma. You will learn how to tap into this inner leadership, and learn to positively translate that to your practice, affecting:

• the way you communicate non-verbal cues
• the way you balance your professional and personal life
• the relationship boundaries you set (for yourself, your subordinates, your team)
  
  

You will have the opportunity to build leadership skills and leadership styles, both of which are transferable in your workplace and personal life. Using the principles of experiential learning with the horses, we will lead you through hands-on exercises and theoretical sessions regarding underlying metaphors for leadership.


Cross-Cultural Communication Skills for Personal and Professional Success

In this seminar, you will learn cross-cultural strategies that build bridges for successful communications between individuals in any cultural context - as individuals touring or working away from home, as well as within the multi-cultural contexts that we live.

You will be provided an easily applicable cross-cultural tool, known as The Bridging Principles™, which will enable you and anyone you are interacting with to be clear on mutual goals. No matter where you are, or where the person you are interacting with is from, you are crossing cultural contexts in which you live, behave and exchange information to relate. In this seminar, you will be given opportunities to learn and share with your travel companions and local participants, and learn how to do that effectively and with positive results.
In the HorseDream training model, the horses are emotional bridges between people and in multi-cultural seminars they are even bridges between different cultures, religions and worldviews.

All tour activities will provide you with the experiences to practice these cross-cultural communication skills in a multitude of contexts. This session will help hone your skills in ensuring positive communications and outcomes.
