It is true that there is room for strategy and planning within the confines of a business. But there is also room for heart, and that comes forward when we accept the present moment we are in and the work we do together.
When a horse interacts with a human, they do not care whether that person is the manager of a Fortune 500 company or an idler with absolutely no ambition. All they care about is whether the human cares about them.
Similar to leading others in the workplace, if you are not consistent in your relationship with a horse, it will not follow you or respect you. It will ignore you, knowing that it is stronger than you are.
