Although this is a World Tour, and you will be learning important information while here, you will also be given ample time to explore your beautiful surroundings. There is method to our itinerary, as each tour activity provides you an opportunity to consider and apply the training concepts we provide in our programming. You will put learning into action as you explore and practice positive approaches to leadership, team, cross-cultural communications and non-verbal communication.
On your “day tour” you will be travelling from Kassell to Knullwald to participate with half of your group in
The Bridging Principles™ Full Day Training Seminar. This is a creative, hands-on seminar that will help you learn and enhance real skills that are vital to bridging cultures for professional success, and also will be very applicable throughout the tour and in future travel. With the horses as part of our facilitation team, you will have an opportunity to interact and learn from these wonderful creatures, to be in the present and experience immediate feedback in terms of how you relate with others and how they perceive your messages.
The horses will help you to learn cross-cultural strategies that build bridges for successful communications between individuals in any cultural context - across management teams, between supervisors and employees, between departments, organizations and corporations anywhere in the world. We know that this sounds very different and is a bit surprising to think of horses as facilitators, yet we know from experience that there is no better way to learn than to have an experience that is immediate and profound. You will find equine assisted learning not only unique but also impactful in the moment, and most certainly a memory to link back to throughout your lifetime, as an anchor to your newly developed skills!
While you are participating in The Bridging Principles™ Full Day Seminar, the other half of the group will be horseback riding and exploring Knullwald. Germany is a beautiful country to visit, and what better way to really see the countryside than from horseback! Don’t worry though, you will get to explore and horseback ride tomorrow!!
We do split the group in half because we like to keep our seminars smaller to ensure that you are getting the best possible outcome and personalized experience while on tour.
After the day’s activities, all participants are free to explore whatever nook and cranny of the village you have been yearning to see and enjoy a wonderful meal provided by the local restaurant! It’s always up to you how active you are, or how much rest and relaxation you require.
Once you return to your hotel room you will be sure to enjoy a restful sleep with the excitement of the next day’s adventure on the horizon!
Well - that was a small glimpse of one day on our HorseDream World Tour in Germany.
